The next open Harrogate Chamber of Trade & Commerce meeting will take place on Monday, 13th February at Pannal Golf Club, Follifoot Road, Harrogate HG3 1ES Tel: 01423 872628 Fax: 870043 from 18.15 until 20.00.

Please park in the car park on the opposite side of Follifoot Road.

  - a brief outline of the aims of the DMO and the need for private sector funding to match Council

• Sandra Doherty, Chair, Accommodation Harrogate & Vice-President, Harrogate Chamber
  - the importance of the DMO and the potential benefit to the economy of the whole of Harrogate

• Councillor Jim Clark, Chair, Harrogate (White Rose) Theatre Trust
  - a new deal by which the Theatre manages an enhanced programme of events in the Royal Hall

• Sharon Canavar, Chief Executive, Harrogate International Festivals 
  - the value of the Crime Festival and the Music Festivals in terms of attracting visitors to Harrogate

• Martin Fish, Show Director, North of England Horticultural Society
  - new business hospitality service offered at the Harrogate Spring & Autumn Flower Shows

• Brian Dunsby, Treasurer, Harrogate at Christmas Group & Chief Executive, Harrogate Chamber
  - proposed new Christmas Market aimed at attracting coach-loads of new visitors to Harrogate

18.15 - 19.30 approx:  Presentations as above, including an open forum on Promoting Harrogate
